About The Position

DivaDance is a brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties. We are looking for a confident, persuasive leader who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through emphasis on sales, member engagement and studio operations. This role involves connecting with clients, understanding their goals, and presenting membership options. You will also onboard new members, ensure they are maximizing their membership, post to social media during classes, and support studio operations. The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference. Strong leadership, persuasive communication, and articulation skills are essential. Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to get to classes in SOUTHWEST DALLAS (75208).
  • Ability to host 2-3 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends.
  • Persuasive, articulate, and confident communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to form meaningful rapport with everyone.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience with social media posting.
  • Tablet or iPad for the role.
