About The Position

DivaDance is a sexy, sweaty, stress-free dance experience for adults, offering the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties with franchises in over 20 cities. We're looking for a confident, persuasive leader who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through with emphasis on sales, member engagement and studio operations! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! Additionally, you will be supporting the studio operations. The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are a leader that is persuasive, articulate, confident and communicates exceptionally. We provide all onboarding details, but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

Requirements

  • Confident, persuasive leader.
  • Emphasis on sales, member engagement, and studio operations.
  • Ability to form meaningful rapport with everyone.
  • Fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence.
  • Desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Persuasive, articulate, confident, and exceptional communicator.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to Southwest Dallas (75208).
  • Ability to host 2-3 classes per week, mostly evenings and possibly weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a tablet or iPad is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with clients at classes to hear about their experience and reasons for attending.
