Our Fargo studio is growing, and we are adding a Studio Sales Manager to help support our guest experience team. This position is responsible for driving studio revenue performance and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes direct involvement of the guest journey playing a pivotal role in guest consultations by performing scans and needs assessments and earning a “yes” from the guest during a visit. This role operates in close partnership with the Studio Director, who leads overall budget achievement and holds ultimate responsibility for Studio performance. The Studio Sales Manager is accountable for the sales performance of the Guest Service Sales Specialists, ensuring alignment between sales execution resulting in package sales, membership conversion, and financing applications.
