The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the studio operations run smoothly. This role involves being a positive influence, understanding studio operations and member needs, stepping in for the manager when needed, and contributing to goal achievement. The position is responsible for overseeing sales, the billing process, and all OTF Systems, as well as managing daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals. Key duties include establishing and maintaining a referral program, managing the CRM system (Mindbody) for prospects and new members, conducting follow-up calls, greeting members, and ensuring superior customer service. The ASM is also responsible for processing transactions, responding to member inquiries, onboarding clients, maintaining studio cleanliness, attending training, assisting with events, onboarding and training studio staff, participating in sales meetings, shadowing the Studio Manager, acting as backup to the Studio Manager, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
