About The Position

We Whiten is seeking a Junior Studio Partner for its Austin studio. This is a "Player-Coach" training role where the individual will learn a high-ticket sales system, master studio operations, and have the opportunity to advance into a Studio Partner (Manager) role based on performance.   • High-Pressure Sales experience (Timeshare, Solar, Pest Control, or Alarm Sales).
  • Membership Sales experience.
  • Project Management experience, particularly managing high-ticket invoices and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the whitening process and perform treatments.
  • Convert single-visit customers into long-term members.
  • Achieve daily sales targets through upsells and product attachments.
  • Assist the Studio Partner in maintaining facility standards, including cleanliness, inventory management, and operational excellence.
