The Manager, Consumer (B2C) Ticket Sales is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue through individual ticket products, including Season Seats and Partial Plans for the Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings. This role is accountable for executing high-volume sales strategies, optimizing inbound and outbound sales channels, and building a structured, performance-driven environment that maximizes activity, conversion and overall revenue.
