About The Position

As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Experience managing 1–2 team members
  • Experience in cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Drive membership growth
  • Help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members
  • Greeting members, checking them in, and ensuring each person feels comfortable and cared for
  • Coaching up to five Sales Associates
  • Checking the schedule
  • Answering phones
  • Following up on missed appointments
  • Supporting the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching
  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Reviewing KPIs
  • Ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals
  • Resolving member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch
  • Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service
  • Hands on with both new and existing clients
