About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven and approachable Studio Manager who is passionate about fitness and changing lives. The ideal candidate will be task-oriented, accountable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with members, employees, vendors, and visitors. This role requires motivating a sales team, actively listening, and maintaining a positive and fit lifestyle. The Studio Manager is responsible for problem-solving, recognizing member milestones, and exceeding sales goals.
