Studio Manager
About The Position
We’re looking for a Studio Manager who is driven as well as approachable, task-oriented, and willing to be held accountable. This individual will engage with everyone who enters the studio—members, employees, vendors, visitors—by making time for them. The Studio Manager will be responsible for motivating a sales team, listening, and fostering a positive environment. If something goes wrong, they will get it fixed. They will ensure members are recognized for milestones and will surpass sales goals. Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
