As Manager Studio, you report to the director of the Creation, Content and Operations Administrative Department. You’re responsible for the team’s service offering and performance, both in terms of quality and operational efficiency. You lead a team of about 30 design and writing professionals who support Desjardins Group’s marketing initiatives. You ensure rigorous, consistent and efficient execution that’s aligned with business priorities, expected quality standards, brand strategy and technological realities (marketing technology, automation, AI). This role goes beyond production management. You need to have a clear execution vision, be able to make decisions in a complex and changing environment, and have engaging leadership skills to continually adapt the skills, tools and work methods—especially in light of the opportunities presented by marketing technology, automation and AI. You’re responsible for overseeing your unit’s service offer and developing and implementing its action plan. You draw on your ability to develop talent and drive results to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure member/client satisfaction. You’re a strong and positive leader who sets an example for your team. You’re an agent of change who questions the status quo and challenges your team and project teams to improve organizational practices. You’re also a skilled communicator who can make a real impact on the entire organization, including senior management.
