About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students at the WestBend studio. The role supports the student experience and provides an opportunity to connect with the CorePower Yoga community and practice yoga with a discounted studio membership. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This part-time position requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership that includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher trainings. Other listed perks include continued education offerings, access to the Employee Assistance Program, and 1.5x holiday pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; the schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
