About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students at the WestBend studio. The position supports the studio experience and includes a discounted yoga membership. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting the studio and its facilities, organizing and cleaning yoga equipment, replenishing supplies, handling waste and laundry, and notifying management about maintenance or repair needs. Members must commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.

The position offers eligibility to purchase a SET Discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher-training programs. Other listed perks include continued education offerings, access to the Employee Assistance Program, and time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Be able to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception, changing-room, and bathroom areas.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
