About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment for students and the community. The position supports the student experience by keeping studio spaces, supplies, and yoga equipment clean and organized. SET members also represent the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time role requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. Members can purchase a discounted All Access Membership, an exclusive option for the SET team, with benefits including retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on eligible teacher trainings. Compensation is $15.00 per hour. Holiday hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are paid at time and a half.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
