About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its Deerfield studio. The role supports the student experience and includes cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, replenishing supplies, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Members are eligible to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher trainings. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with a schedule that varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
