About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting studio areas, organizing yoga props, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and notifying management about maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together, and to follow the company’s Time and Attendance Policy.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. Members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access membership, with membership prices and maximum hours varying by market. The role may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management about studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
