About The Position

The Studio Experience Team (SET) member helps make yoga more accessible and supports the student experience at CorePower Yoga studios. This part-time role is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, organized, and welcoming studio environment. SET members can purchase a discounted All Access Membership and are expected to exhibit CorePower Yoga’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

The position requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. The role may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
