About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member supports the student experience by maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment. The role includes cleaning studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The role offers access to a discounted All Access Membership, which can be used in studio or online. Compensation is $18.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
