The student will work up to 15 hours/week during OWU summer office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday) as their schedule permits. The student will help sort and digitize OWU athletics records of historic significance. Duties will include sorting paper records and using a multifunction device (MFD) to scan information to create digital archives for OWU’s varsity sports. Training will be provided regarding how to scan, name, and store the electronic files. The intern may also help with special duties as assigned. This summer internship is very task-focused, but it will be helpful in showing ownership and management of a large project, and in being able to work successfully and independently.
