This position is responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive communications, marketing, and media strategies for Volunteer State Community College Athletics. By contributing to the development and implementation of consistent messaging and marketing assets, this position ensures cohesive brand representation across athletics platforms while supporting student-athlete recruitment, fan engagement, and institutional visibility. This position is responsible for managing athletic media relations; overseeing digital, print, and broadcast content; coordinating live streaming of athletic events; and aligning athletics communications with the College’s overall marketing and communications plan. This position partners with coaches, Admissions, and the Office of Marketing, Communications, and Media Services to ensure athletics storytelling supports enrollment growth and the College’s strategic direction.
