The OWU Student Involvement Office (SIO) is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented Desk Assistants to support the daily operations of the SIO Information Desk. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. This role provides excellent customer service by assisting with campus inquiries, directing student organizations to appropriate resources, and supporting SIO programs and services. Successful candidates should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills, technology, and campus resources.
