Student Worker - Campus Experience Insider
About The Position
This role involves conducting secret-shopper evaluations of Dining and other Campus Services areas at Baylor University. The goal is to experience Campus Services through the eyes of a student, providing honest, constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the overall student experience. The Student Worker will evaluate aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, food quality, wait times, signage, and atmosphere. They will also participate in student surveys, focus groups, advisory meetings, and special projects, helping to identify opportunities for improvement across various Campus Services areas including Dining, Retail, Mail, Copy/Print, and Catering. The position requires completing brief reports and evaluations following assignments.
Requirements
- Current Baylor freshman with a dining plan.
- Positive, curious, and observant.
- Comfortable sharing ideas and providing feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Interested in making the Baylor student experience better.
Responsibilities
