About The Position

Help shape the veterinary student experience from application to graduation! As a Student Services Specialist II in the College of Veterinary Medicine, you’ll support students in the areas of scholarships, international programs, and admissions. You’ll administer the DVM scholarship program, oversee selection processes and awarding, advise students on opportunities and eligibility, and support donor stewardship. You’ll also coordinate study abroad and international exchange programs, including applications, logistics, and student support, while serving as a resource for international students. Additionally, you’ll support the DVM admissions process by reviewing academic credentials and prerequisite coursework, advising prospective students and applicants, and maintaining applicant records. We’re looking for a student-focused, organized, and collaborative professional with strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and project coordination skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
