About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Student Services Coordinator at its Mahwah, New Jersey campus. The coordinator supports the student community as a comprehensive resource and facilitator, focusing on student, program, and school success. Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate key statistics related to student retention.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Confer with and advise students on academic, disciplinary, and related issues, including poor attendance and school performance.
• Assist the Dean and Program Supervisors in maintaining a secure and educationally conducive environment.
• Manage the student tutoring program and identify and assist at-risk students with academic deficiencies.
• Oversee activities to improve student retention and satisfaction, and provide feedback to campus management.
• Establish and maintain current community resource center information in the library to address student issues.
