About The Position

As a School Recruiter at Flourish Schools, you will play a critical role in connecting with families across the Phoenix area who are seeking a more individualized, project-based educational experience for their children. You will build relationships, represent the school at events, lead outreach campaigns, and help families understand how Flourish’s unique learning model supports student growth and belonging. These events and engagements will take place on weekday evenings, typically between 3-8pm and on the weekends. This position is ideal for a dynamic communicator with passion for education, community engagement, and personalized learning.

Requirements

• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with diverse families.
• Passionate about alternative, project-based, student-centered education and able to articulate the value of personalized learning experiences.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple touchpoints and follow-ups across families and community partners.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in family outreach, customer engagement, or community recruitment.
• Experience working with parents of school-age children
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective families via in person-events and community partnerships to share Flourish’s mission, philosophy, and enrollment process.
• Maintain active communication with interested families via phone and email, guide them through enrollment steps, and ensure prospective students are supported from inquiry through enrollment.
• Represent Flourish at local parent/family gatherings, community events, and informational sessions; serve as a public ambassador for the school’s values and offerings.
