About The Position

The SRC Student Employee helps create a welcoming, safe, clean, and positive environment for students, community members, vendors, rental groups, and other guests. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, monitoring the facility, maintaining clean and organized spaces, managing equipment and facility set-ups, and responding to the needs of those using the SRC. Employees are expected to be dependable, attentive, and willing to take initiative, often working independently during their shifts. This position provides opportunities to develop real-world skills in customer service, communication, leadership, problem-solving, facility operations, and professionalism while representing Bethel University well.
