About The Position

This course, DVM 3560 Gestion des projets internationaux (3 credits), focuses on projects as a vector for international development. It examines results-based management in the context of international development projects, their characteristics, and their lifecycle. The course includes a study of the logical framework and project monitoring methods, project breakdown structure, critical path, network diagrams, and Gantt charts for project planning and control. This course is reserved for students enrolled in specialized programs in international development and globalization, international economics and development, and the integrated program in civil law and international development and globalization. The course is delivered in person.

Requirements

  • Completed or in the process of completing a Doctorate in international development or a related field.
  • 54 university credits including DVM 2505, DVM 2506.

Responsibilities

  • Teach DVM 3560 Gestion des projets internationaux (3 credits).
  • Develop and submit a draft course outline (minimum two pages) indicating how the course expectations will be met.
  • Incorporate experiential learning activities, as this course is part of the RAEA (régime d’apprentissage expérientiel approfondi), with a minimum of 60% of the student's final grade attributed to these activities.
