This position is for a Student Part-Time Professor to teach the Cross-Cultural Management course (ADM3319B) during the Fall 2026 academic period at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. The course focuses on diagnosing intercultural situations in international contexts, exploring theoretical aspects from various disciplines related to comparative management. Key concepts include culture, values, behavior, intercultural communication, and their impact on management dynamics, organizational structure, human resources, technology transfer, and ethics. It also covers intercultural teams, the profile of an interculturally effective person, feminine entrepreneurship in international management, monographs on socio-political situations and business cultures of various countries, and Canadian diversity in relation to the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, multiculturalism legislation, and policies. Acculturation is also a topic. The teaching method will be delivered in person, though this may change due to health measures or other reasons.
