Student Nurse Internship (SNI) Program: UPMC Cole

UPMCCoudersport, PA
Onsite

About The Position

UPMC’s Student Nurse Internship (SNI) program is a temporary, 10-week paid opportunity during the Summer of 2027. This program allows students to apply their nursing school knowledge by working alongside a preceptor. Interns will experience a day in the life of a nurse at UPMC, participate in educational sessions, build confidence, and potentially work at one hospital for the summer with the possibility of shadowing another nursing area. Interns can work up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility for school schedules. The program also offers opportunities to apply for system-wide Graduate Nurse positions before the internship concludes, network with UPMC Nursing Leadership, receive mentorship, contribute to the community, and make an impact on patient care.
