About The Position

Hope City Community Church in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Student Ministry Director to shepherd middle and high school students with wisdom, relational warmth, and gospel-centered intentionality. The Student Ministry Director will lead with vision and intentionality—developing strong weekly gatherings, Bible studies, small groups, camps, events, and outreach opportunities. They will disciple students, train leaders, partner with parents, create community, and ensure every student has a clear pathway from attending to belonging to becoming a fully committed follower of Jesus. This role includes shepherding students through life’s challenges, preaching and teaching, building healthy relationships, shaping curriculum, and mobilizing students to serve and live out their faith. Most of all, we are seeking someone who loves Jesus deeply, loves students authentically, and loves seeing families strengthened through biblical discipleship.
