The Student Ministry Coordinator at our Pickerington Campus is a part-time (32 hours/week) ministry leadership role that plays a key role in helping students discover and follow Jesus during some of the most formative years of their lives. This person will provide leadership, discipleship, and support for students in grades 6–12 at our Pickerington Campus, creating environments where students can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience authentic community. Working closely with the Lead Pastor for our Pickerington Campus and the broader VC Students Team, the Student Ministry Coordinator will lead weekly student programming, support discipleship initiatives, develop and care for volunteer leaders, and help connect students to larger church-wide events and experiences. This role blends relational ministry with practical leadership, requiring someone who loves students, enjoys building teams, and can bring both creativity and organization to ministry environments. This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation by helping students take meaningful steps in their faith while building a safe, engaging, and spiritually formative ministry culture for students and families.
