About The Position

The Middle School Ministry Coordinator at our Westerville Campus is a full-time position that plays a key role in helping students discover and follow Jesus during one of the most formative seasons of life. This person will provide leadership, organization, and support for Vineyard Columbus' ministry at our Westerville Campus to middle school students, creating environments where students can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience authentic community. Working closely with the VC Students Pastor, the Middle School Ministry Coordinator will lead Sunday morning programming for grades 6–8, support Student Night gatherings on Sunday evenings, develop and care for volunteer leaders, and oversee the administrative systems that help ministry run effectively. This role combines relational ministry with practical leadership, requiring someone who loves students, enjoys developing volunteers, and can bring both creativity and organization to ministry environments. This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation by helping students take meaningful steps in their faith while building a safe, engaging, and spiritually formative ministry culture for students and families.
