About The Position

This position executes all invoices to third party vendors for maintenance and repairs of ZIM equipment throughout USA.

Requirements

• Must be able to commit to working 20 hours per week
• Must be able to work on-site
• Must be able to work during normal business hours

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of excel
• Advance excel
• Nitro experience a plus
• Familiarity to Power BI helpful
• Logistics / Operation experience in Container Shipping industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Executes invoicing to parties responsible for damages to company equipment.
• Maintain and upload all back-up documentation to Sharepoint.
• Maintain spreadsheets for all billed third party vendors via Excel and Power BI
• Troubleshoot all third-party vendor requests via email pertaining to on-going disputes.
