About The Position

Our MOXY Phoenix/Tempe Near ASU Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us “ craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns ”! Requirements

• 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
• Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the team
• Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
• Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
• Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
