About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Student Experience Advisor to deliver exceptional support to international students in the USA and our overseas partners. In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned markets, guiding students through enrollment, supporting their academic and cultural journey, and collaborating with host families, high schools, and overseas partners. Your cultural sensitivity, problem-solving skills, and commitment to student success will ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • International experience (work, study, or living abroad) required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in a second language is required, with Vietnamese strongly preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in international education, student services, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong client-service mindset with experience supporting diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-cultural or global settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and student-centered values.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for designated markets, representing Educatius with professionalism and cultural awareness.
  • Support students and partners through the pre-arrival enrollment process with clear, timely communication.
  • Collaborate with students, host families, schools, and agents to resolve concerns and ensure program success.
  • Advocate for student well-being, providing personalized support for their academic and cultural experience.
  • Prepare professional documentation, including support plans and status updates, for student case management.
  • Assist partners with invoicing, payments, and program inquiries.
  • Train overseas partners on our online application system and processes.
  • Contribute to revenue initiatives, such as re-enrollment campaigns and program extensions.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
