About The Position

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you will support users via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve answering product questions, assisting with purchases, and following up on deliveries, providing each customer with clear and helpful solutions. You will adhere to established processes, without engaging in cold calling or upselling. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, allowing you to choose your work location within the country, from the mainland to the islands.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English (B2)
• Fast typing skills
• Proficiency in navigating digital tools
• A problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Already based in Greece, or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Guiding Dutch-speaking customers through product choices and purchase
• Resolving inquiries related to orders, deliveries, or returns
• Ensuring positive customer experiences with accurate and friendly support
• Collaborating with your team and improve overall service quality
• Using internal tools to log and follow up on customer interactions

• Base salary of 1,300€/month (14 salaries)
• Up to 250€ in monthly bonuses
