About The Position
The School of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Department has a great opportunity for dedicated graduate and upper level students with an engineering background. The Mechanical Engineering Department is currently seeking graders for the Fall 2025 courses.
Requirements

- Successfully completed with a grade of B or better the course that the grader will be grading for.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles, methods, and procedures for assigning grades to mathematical and/or engineering problems.
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible Schedule
- Dependable
Responsibilities
- Grading weekly homework assignments, projects, and quizzes.
- Assisting in grading exams as directed by the instructor.
- Maintaining a gradebook for the course as directed by the instructor.
- Holding weekly office hours as directed by the instructor.
- Answering student questions regarding assignments.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
