The Student Engagement Coordinator is responsible for working with current and prospective students in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences on student engagement initiatives, admission and recruitment processes, and other Faculty initiatives. This position plays an integral role in facilitating the connection between students, the Faculty, campus services, and other relevant groups. The Student Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating programs and services in support of a positive student experience in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Student Engagement Coordinator liaises with and supports student groups and leadership and is an initial point of contact for students with questions about initiatives that require Faculty consultation and support. This position works directly with the Associate Dean, Students, the Director of Student Services, and the Office of Student Services on portfolio-based initiatives and projects. The incumbent must exercise diplomacy, tact, discretion, good judgment, initiative, confidentiality and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
