About The Position

The Student Employee will provide support for research and clinical operations within the Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology. Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Must be a student in the CHP Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology
• Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of research study objectives, procedures, and assigned responsibilities.
• Accurately enter, organize, maintain, and manage research data in spreadsheets.
• Complete assigned research and administrative tasks independently and within established deadlines.
• Assist with research operations while maintaining compliance with UAMS policies, FERPA requirements, and applicable study protocols.
• Complete required documentation and assist with content development as appropriate.
• Support the development and implementation of student recruitment and outreach materials.
• Maintain recruitment and outreach event schedules and assist with prospective student engagement activities.
• Participate in recruitment, community outreach, and program events.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and related activities.
• Develop and update promotional materials to support SLP program visibility.
• Prepare presentation materials for recruitment, outreach, and program initiatives.
• Maintain and organize clinic photographs, media assets, and promotional content.
• Perform other research, recruitment, and program-related duties as assigned.
