As a Student, Digital Transformation, you will be working as part of the Digital Transformation team within Client Services to support a company-wide initiative leading to a client-centric and highly digital organization. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the company to support the overall initiative.

Requirements

  • You are detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • You like working with a team as well as autonomously
  • You know when to take initiative and when to ask for clarification or help
  • You are comfortable interacting with people at varying levels of the organization
  • Are confident in your ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands
  • You must be enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this opportunity
  • You must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term
  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze information to help track initiatives
  • Participate in planning and execution of digital initiatives
  • Be part of a team and contribute to an important strategic initiative
  • Learn about and interact with various divisions across Fidelity
