The student analyst will be a key member of the Oxford Finance Transformation team and will play an integral role on our ongoing process, people, and technology improvement initiatives across the Global Finance & Technology team. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting, Finance), Technology, Engineering, Project or Operations Management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Visio is an asset
  • Prior real estate experience and/or previous experience in a project-based environment is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the delivery of projects by working closely with finance and technology professionals and external vendors
  • Assist in the preparation of data analysis, process documentation, and reporting
  • Support project management activities as required (project progress, status, and issues/risk tracking)
  • Prepare and provide analytical insights on improvement opportunities within our project portfolio
  • Support our finance learning & development content creation, delivery and administration
  • Participate in ad hoc initiatives and special projects as required
