Requirements

Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
One year prior work experience required.
Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.
Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Learn the duties of the Business Transformation team and assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units.
Documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assistance on other Business Transformation projects.
Be comfortable working with subject-matter experts, large amounts of data in multiple systems, and can synthesize data into actionable insights.
Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
