Requirements

You're a student with a sharp mind, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for making things run smoothly.
You're currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You're a pro at breaking down complex issues.
You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and slide presentations.
You're excited about the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup and have a passion for sports.
You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Operations Manager on cross-functional initiatives to tackle key strategic and operational challenges.
Dive into data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and find new opportunities to make our processes better.
Create reports and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Partner with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to bring projects to life.
