Requirements

Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university.
Successful completion of an analytics course required.
Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.
Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Visio, PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tools highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, learns to perform duties in Enterprise Operations.
This position has the responsibility for supporting enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assistance on Enterprise Operations projects.
Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize data into actionable insights.
Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
