About The Position

Sun Life’s Chief Technology Office (CTO) Employee Experience Delivery (EED) team aims to provide a seamless technology experience for all Sun Life employees. The team focuses on enterprise tools that improve productivity and collaboration, such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. They assist internal IT partners by offering guidance and solutions in communication, adoption, change management, and training. The EED team builds strong relationships with other teams and employees to deliver employee-centered services and advocate for their needs. The Specialist will contribute to the goal of a frictionless technology experience by focusing on end-user communication, driving adoption, promoting peer-to-peer learning, employee feedback, and data analysis. The Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create end-user communications and documentation, enabling employees to effectively use available tools and services. By representing the user's perspective, the Specialist will help improve services proactively, requiring collaboration across CTO and IT groups. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, creative in developing communication materials, possess strong collaboration skills, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. They should also have experience communicating the value of technology solutions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication material, service documentation and best practices to support increased adoption and effectiveness of services
