The Student Data Clerk will be responsible for preparing reports using local, state, and national assessment data related to individual student performance and school improvement. This role involves performing data entry for reporting purposes, developing and maintaining historical student and school data files, and compiling data from multiple assessments to create achievement profiles. The clerk will prepare assessment data for administrators and teachers, support the planning of continuous school improvement actions, and assist with staff training on data utilization. Ensuring data validity, supporting student scheduling, and maintaining the confidentiality of student and staff information are key aspects of this position. The role also requires collaboration with the District and School Performance Department, attendance at meetings and trainings, and creating user-friendly reports for stakeholders. The Student Data Clerk will work directly with school leadership to align school improvement efforts with district strategic actions and support the district's process for monitoring student progress. This is a 220-day position.
