About The Position

NHC HealthCare Anniston is offering a free, two-week Student CNA training class designed to help you gain the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. No previous healthcare experience is required. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This is a fast-paced, two-week nurse aide training program. Students will participate in classroom instruction and clinical training to prepare for CNA certification and future employment opportunities.

Requirements

• No previous healthcare experience required.
• Dependable, compassionate individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference.
• Completed application.
• Valid photo identification.
• Social Security card.
• Attendance and Academic Requirements: Students must attend every scheduled class and clinical session. Absences and tardiness are not permitted.
• Students must maintain a minimum grade average of 85% to remain in the program.
• Required background and registry screenings in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities
