Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office products including Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data.
  • Create and assemble student paper files.
  • Enter student data in online Student Access database.
  • Support program personnel in maintaining the program and program resources.
  • Provide clerical assistance to staff, as needed. This may include photocopying and assembling packets.
  • Maintain a record of program resources.
  • Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed.
  • Support staff in NMC Food Pantry tasks including filling orders, supervising shoppers and tracking use.
