About The Position

As a Student – AI in HR, you will take a hands‑on role in designing, prototyping, and testing AI‑driven use cases that enhance how we attract, engage, develop, and support our people. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment where experimentation, iteration, and practical application are encouraged—and where your ideas can quickly turn into real solutions. Requirements

  • Enrollment in a recognized co‑op university program in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, HR Analytics, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in applying AI and analytics to real‑world, human‑centered challenges.
  • Familiarity with analytical, programming, or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, low‑code/no‑code platforms).
  • Curiosity about AI agents, workflow automation, and emerging technologies.
  • A problem‑solving mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in evolving environments.
  • Interest in responsible AI, data ethics, and privacy in practical applications.
  • The ability to translate technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype AI agent use cases that support HR workflows such as talent acquisition, workforce insights, learning, and employee support.
  • Test, iterate, and refine solutions, moving ideas quickly into working proofs‑of‑concept.
  • Apply AI, analytics, and automation tools to improve efficiency, accessibility, and employee experience.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, data‑driven solutions.
  • Build dashboards, lightweight tools, and automation workflows that demonstrate value.
  • Document learnings, outcomes, and recommendations to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
