About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Student Advisor through our partnership with the Brandywine Virtual Academy! This position serves as the main point of contact for students in the Brandywine Virtual Academy (BVA), communicating with students, families, and school district partners to help them understand the program and navigate BVA systems. The role also involves understanding the supports needed for students to be successful in their online learning.

Requirements

Knowledge of web-based programs and apps
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt to organizational, system and developmental changes with assistance from supervisor and/or colleagues
Bachelors Degree in education or related field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good organizational skills
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience as an instructional assistant or teacher preferred
Experience troubleshooting computer- and technology-related issues preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for students in the Brandywine Virtual Academy (BVA).
Communicate with students, families, and school district partners to help them understand the program and maneuver through the BVA systems.
Understand the supports needed for students to be successful in their online learning.
