The incumbent of this role is required to support a team of client-facing professionals who provide service in the language of the clients' choice (French or English). Requirements

  • Working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, economics, or business
  • Keen interest and knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets
  • Can manage short term database projects and assist in various sales initiatives
  • Can identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering competitive and marketplace intelligence
  • Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
  • Must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this position
  • Must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term
  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the sales team in maintaining their high level of client servicing as well as assisting in identifying new business opportunities to further drive the business forward.
  • Understand how Fidelity products and services are presented to investment professionals
  • Partner with our sales teams to learn and understand the sales process from start to finish
  • Learn about current market trends through presentations from Fidelity’s top portfolio managers
  • Conduct fund analysis, create reports, and deliver presentations
  • Gain cross-functional knowledge of all areas of Fidelity
